Internal course regulations – FLE pour tous

1. Course reservation

Classes must be booked at least 8 hours in advance via the website or by email.

Course confirmation is sent by email or via the platform used.

Slots are allocated according to availability: first come, first served.

2. Cancellation and postponement of courses

Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged in full.

Classes can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start.

In the event of cancellation of the course by the teacher, a postponement will be offered. If no slot is possible, the amount will be refunded or a credit will be issued.

3. Lateness and absences

If the student is late, the course ends at the initially scheduled time. Lost time cannot be recovered, with some exceptions.

If the student does not show up within 15 minutes of the start of the lesson without warning, the lesson is considered canceled and due.

If the teacher is late, the course will be extended or a new session will be offered depending on availability.

4. Payment

Courses must be paid for in advance, either individually or in packs (e.g. 5 or 10 courses).

Accepted means of payment: credit card, PayPal, ApplePay, PayPay, etc. (via the online store).

No lessons will be given without prior payment.

5. Educational materials

Course materials (PDF, exercises, documents, links) are provided by the teacher, except in the case where a manual is required: the purchase of the manual is then the responsibility of the student.

These materials are reserved for strictly personal use. Any distribution, sharing or reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

6. Intellectual property

All content, documents and educational materials produced by FLE pour tous are protected by copyright.

Any reproduction, modification or distribution, even partial, without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

7. Personal data

The personal data collected (name, email, language level, learning preferences, etc.) are used exclusively for educational and administrative purposes.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), this information is not transmitted to any third party and can be deleted at the student's request.

8. Platform and technical responsibilities

Classes are taught online via [Zoom /Google Meet /other]. The link is sent before each lesson.

It is the student's responsibility to have a stable internet connection, as well as a working microphone and camera.

The teacher cannot be held responsible for interruptions related to the equipment or the student's connection.

9. Communication et contact

For any educational or administrative questions, you can contact the teacher by email at Flepourtous.online@gmail.comor via the contact form on the site.

A response will be provided within 24 hours (working days).

10. Mutual commitment

The student undertakes to come to class in good conditions: punctuality, concentration, equipment ready.

The teacher undertakes to offer caring, individualized support, taking into account the objectives and level of the learner.

Respect, listening and regularity are essential to the smooth running of sessions.
